the busier you are, the less room you have for the stuff as a leader only you are responsible for : Recruiting folks, guiding the culture, charting out the long-term team vision. And if you’re too busy with the work, you won’t do those things.

It may not be impossible to resist these cravings, but it is extraordinarily difficult. And given how hard it is to resist cravings of normal strength — just think of those bottomless chips — we should not blame someone with addiction for failing to overcome her neurobiologically enhanced cravings. This is why addiction is not a moral failure. Hongkong - Architecture of Density

"One of the most densely populated metropolitan areas in the world, Hong Kong has an overall density of nearly 6,700 people per square kilometer. The majority of its citizens live in flats in high-rise buildings." Architecture of Density by Michael Wolf is a photo exhibition with an amazing different view of these buildings. When you click on the link, you will get a page of thumbnail images which just show some linear patterns. But, click on those small images and you get a pretty private view of the building architecture with small rectangular pieces of different lives in those patterns. http://www.photomichaelwolf.com/hongkongarchitecture/index.html

Music - Kisna soundtrack

Just heard the music of the new in production Subhash Ghai epic " Kisna ". The music is from A.R. Rahman and Ismail Darbar. So, we have some songs sounding like songs from Lagaan and some sounding like those from Devdas and some intrumentation reminds me of earlier Subhash Ghai epic movie music. Good music. It would require some repeat listening to find the songs for keepsake.
